1. Returns
At CaratCafe, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances. However, returns may be accepted only in special cases, including:
- Products that arrive damaged
- Incorrect items received
To request a return under these conditions, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of damage or discrepancy (images/videos) must be provided for our team to process the return request.
Note: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. CaratCafe reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these criteria.
2. Refunds
All eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective payment gateway used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be issued only after:
- Receipt and inspection of the returned product (if applicable)
- Verification and approval of the refund request
3. Shipping Costs
- For exchanges or product alterations (e.g., resizing), the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
- In approved return cases, shipping costs may be reimbursed after the product is received and inspected by our quality assurance team.
4. Cancellations
Once an AWB (Air Waybill) has been generated, order cancellations are no longer permitted. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before final confirmation.
